From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this team was dedicated to providing top-notch training. Their expertise and professionalism shone through every aspect of the course, from the comprehensive curriculum to the hands-on simulations. A standout highlight of the training was our instructor, Val. Her depth of knowledge, clear communication, and genuine passion for teaching made the learning process both engaging and effective. Val's approachable demeanor and willingness to answer any questions created a supportive learning environment that encouraged active participation.
